Pricing
Globaltackle.com reserves the right to change prices shown on this website without notice. All orders are processed in USD funds. Your credit card company will automatically calculate the applicable exchange rate at the time your order is charged.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; we must have a complete address. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Free shipping applies for orders destined within Canada and the United States only. Shipping charges are automatically added to the orders. Shipping amounts do not include duty, taxes or insurance. For oversized items there might be an additional shipping fee. We will contact you if this applies to you. The majority of in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt payment (does not include weekends and holidays). In extreme situations we do run out of inventory of certain items. If this occurs we will contact you. We do reserve the right to change the shipping method. After each order a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
If your packages are damaged upon receipt (DOA), it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to make a claim.

Taxes / Duties
Canadian orders are subject to GST 7%. Ontario orders are subject to PST 8%.
USA and International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.
The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by us in writing. All items which are subject to returns must be assigned RMA# prior to return. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA#. Any defective items that you wish to return for exchange or refund must be done within 14 days of purchase date. In case of a refund we will credit you the entire amount or your order less the shipping charges.
